@Steve Francis Congrats on taking that courageous step of leaving your job. I work with a lot of investors who find properties at below market value but it is getting harder in the hot Atlanta market. I would suggest going to visit the local GAREIA (dot) org and the Atlanta REIA Haves & Wants on Thursdays. These groups often discuss how they're finding deals and people bring below market deals that they are looking to sell.
