Hi @Manuel Prado. A lot of the investors that I work with in the Atlanta market use Advanta and I've only heard good things about their services.  I know they do live webinars and lunch & learn sessions locally where you can gather additional information.  I would suggest visiting their website and checking it out.

@Dewayne Kimbrough BuyNSell Inc does a meet up at their office on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 11:30am. 

There is also a weekly Haves & Wants meeting on Thursday at 1:30pm at 5 Seasons Brewing in Sandy Springs.

Hey @Alex Babayev.  Congrats on getting into your first multi family deal.  I'm not aware of many big banks that will fund this at 10% down.  I would suggest contacting some local private lenders.  Their terms are often flexible depending on the property.

Hey @Joshua Funte. I personally think that there are hidden treasures south of Atlanta for investors that prefer the BRRR or simply buy & hold approach. The margins are often smaller for fix and flips but it can be done.

There's a GA REIA subgroup of investors that focus on the South Atlanta market that meets monthly. Their next meeting is Wednesday, November 2nd @ 7pm at Picadilly Cafeteria 2449 Godby Rd Atlanta 30349.

People usually present deals that they are looking to sell/buy/partner etc.  They also have a guest speaker on occasion.
