Thank you for the information. What other resources would you recommend to learn about note Investing?  Currently my partner and I wholesale/rehab in S Fl but are definitely looking into the note business.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Really that's interesting kinda shady and desperate IMO. I'm curious to know the name of the company. Remember this no ONE company will ever dominate the entire market. no matter how many commercials they run

What areas would you recommend for fix and flip projects?

Any of the ones mentioned in this post.

If so what are the average DOM.

Remember rehabbing ain't  no joke. It takes patience, planning, knowing your numbers to the T and MONEYYY to withstand the bumps, bruises, surprises and shadiness. If you can make it through it could pay off big time but every deal won't be a homerun. Slow & Steady wins the race.
