I'm not going to lie!!  I'm going to join the band wagon and say...FREAKING AWESOME!!  Winner Winner T-bone Steak Dinner!!  You've upgraded from a chicken dinner to steak!!  This project will push you over the edge!  You'll have ton of BP investors trying to work with you on future deals.  If you every need a FREE apprentice let me know.  I'll let you know what skill set I have to offer.

Good Job Jay!!

In order for people to know that you have replied back, you need to do a "@" and then their user name.  That's how you tag people on here.  If you don't they will never know you replied.  Thanks Champ!!

Perfect @Justin Pierce, but where is it located?  I may be doing myself a disservice by not having a Facebook page.  I have a Youtube page, IG but not Facebook.  Maybe because in the earlier days of Facebook, it got me in trouble.  Well, I got my ownself in trouble..... but Facebook helped me to get into more trouble!! :)

I know everybody in the Faixfax, Woodbridge area wants to  know.

Thanks J!!

There is one meeting in Southern Maryland (Laplata) that's happening on the 20th. I was able to partake on a meeting last night (Capital City REIA, Deals meetup) that was great!! (click here) This was hold in Lanham Md. and hosted by Andre Johnson.

An investor of mine wants to see what goes on at these meetings for himself.  Does anyone know if there is a meeting in Fairfax Virginia?  If so, where?

Thanks BP!!

Hey Big Andre!!

- Download the Meetup App on your phone and find the nearest REIA meeting. There is one in Laplata MD. on the 20th which is a must go! Steve Cavanaugh runs this meeting. Talk about a great guy! Look him up, he's on here.

- Listen to ALL of the Podcasts on here.  Brandon Turner and Joshua Dorkin knows how to ask the right questions and pull the answers from their guests.  They been doing it for over 100 episodes now and they ALMOST got it right!  :)

- Ask questions!!  If you can't find an answer on Google, search BP.  Tons of folks on here with different skill sets.

- Stay hungry!!  Read or listen to "Rich Dad Poor Dad" to help you stay driven.

- Write goal your goals!!  Not on your phone.  Not on paper.... but Tattoo them to your body somewhere.  I have mine written on my wife...because I look at her pretty blank EVERYDAY!!  Just kidding.  Write them somewhere that you look every....single....day.  So that it's a constant reminder to you!!

Hope that helps Dre!!

Nice Joe!! @Joseph Barbaretta

That's how you do it for 2015!!  I guess you're right because people can become totally occupied with their own life and forget about close friends and family let alone colleagues on BP.  I want everybody on BP to raise the bar, not because it's 2015, but because we should.  Since we all have somewhat of the same goals.  I'm going to continue to support all my Maryland, DC or Virginia (DMV) colleagues.  Thinking about even branching out up north to Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey.

I found the list @Andy Wong but how do you contact them?  That's the golden ticket!  Do you send them direct mail or what...  How do you contact them via email?

Not to often, but from time to time I get people asking to be colleagues. So I'm like, Sure!! I then reply back and create some REAL dialogue. .....Dead Silence!! I hear nothing from them ever again. I'm a real person (check my Bio and Youtube) and I'm willing to hook up with other "REAL" people on BP that live in Maryland, DC or Virginia (DMV). Even as far south as North Carolina, South Carolina and Atlanta. If you're my colleague, I check in on you, see where you are, create dialogue, and will meet up with you at a REIA meeting. Plus my number is always on my Bio for texting.

Do you treat your colleagues as real connections or is it a status rating for you?  Maybe I shouldn't be as committed and passionate as I am!!
