@Victoria Winters Here is what they said about first class stamps:

"Not at the moment. All postage is standard mail. We will offer first class postage in the near future." Hope that helps.

The price maybe a promotion deal but it does mention it on the site.  They send it from their location.  You never see them at all.  Which is great.

@Eric F. I was back and forth with them but yes, they are fast!! My letters went out yesterday.  4 days total.

There were over 200 people at the Baltimore/Washington Meeting and about 25-30 at the Greenbelt Meeting.  I simply enjoy being myself and connecting with others that are as motivated.  There will also be a meeting on the 20th of Jan. in Southern Maryland that I'm attending.  Hope to see you there!  Look in the Description for the details.  It's conducted by Steve Cavanaugh who is also on BP.

@Shanequa J. Yes, the Letter, Envelope, and Postage.  I included a different address in my .CSV file that I uploaded to make sure they stand behind their word and that it goes out to everyone on my list.  I'm going to be the test dummy and document my experience through video.  I'll let you know how it goes.  I wouldn't want you or anyone else in the Texas area to get burnt.  That goes for my DMV investors as well!!

Check out my first Yellow letter! What do you think? How would you revise it?  This company has Yellow Letters for .52 cents.  I think that's cheap!!!  (Limited Time - I think)

I really want to invest in B'more but afraid of bad contractors and people stealing.  I don't know enough about the market to get my feet wet and it's an hour drive from too.  Should I do it?

Update you profile with as much info as you can!!  That way people will know you are serious.  Those podcast helped me out 1000% but they are so good that I sometime want to jump in every field of Real Estate investing.  Check out my BIO of the first property that I picked up in Lexington Park from Auction.com.
