Calling All Pros!

I need a great Property Manager for a nearby Dayton, OH area.  Does anyone have a recommendation?

Thank you BP Pros!  :)

Morning Theodore!  Here is my two cents...

If you have a newer property that cash flows in CA...continue to hold onto it!!!  Unless you have some overarching goals that do not comply with this?  You didn't mention your investing goals.  Yes...we may see a "correction" of sorts in the next year...however, it won't last long...and prices will only continue to increase here in the Bay Area.  (Just look at history for that!). This continues to be a very desirable area to live in, with jobs, and no shortage of Standford and Berkley graduating the brains to keep up with it all!  ;)  Again...my opinion.

Best wishes...and let us know what you decide!

Hi Sean!  How many deals have you analyzed so far...and have there been any that made you want to "bite the bullet"?

Best,

Hi Jeremy!

The link is below as a place to go on Meetup to join and be notified of meetings.  We meet once a month, and it's usually packed to capacity in the back of a large pizza place.  Johnson does a great job of putting it together, but the day/date varies for each meeting.  I try and make it...but sometimes not possible!  PM me if you are able to make it..hope to see you there eventually!

Best,

Lauren

Welcome to BP Jeremy!  You will find great resources and a wonderful community here.  I second Chris...you have a leg up on a lot of newbies already, by doing your own construction.  We have a monthly Meetup in Milpitas...is that too far away?  :)

All the best,

Lauren

@Account Closed Thanks Minh for thinking of me! It was actually Ryan that made the introduction to Signature Realty. I have no doubt great things are ahead for us all! :)

Yikes!  Not bleach!  Depending on carpet fibers in your Berber, it can actually go orange.  (If you are at last resort, try a test in a closet or some small inconspicuous area first!) Have you tried warm vinegar and baking soda yet?  Any idea what caused the stain?  Good luck!
