Would it be illegal discrimination to offer a military discount or student discount?

oh my... you all thought I was serious about suing.

And none of you answered the question.

What would you do if this happened to you?

I'm serious. but also this part was a bit light hearted.

Your snark isn't welcome.

And yeah I'm sure my site was first due to the fact that .today is what people buy when .us .com .net .info are in use.

Ok so I've had Easy Homes LLC for a couple years now. I advertise in my local area, Indiana.

However, I'm getting a lot of buyer leads from people in Alabama, North Carolina, and other places.

I wish I had some houses in those areas to sell to them.

Come to find out, they are using my business name.

Whereas my website is www.easyhomes.us

They have bandit signs and other ads leading to www.easyhomes.today

Not sure what to think of this. how to use it to my advantage . if I'm being looted.

Looking at both sites with different phone numbers and emails I wonder how people in those markets are getting to my site. and if the reverse is happening too.

Should I Sue? should I sell them my business  name and use the money to ramp up my business under a new better name?

What would you do if it were your business name?

i am having a terrible time trying to find a lawyer in my area.

i am in fayette county, wayne county, rush county area.

i just need a good real estate attorney who i can talk to and maybe review contracts and who will close my deals.

i don't know if they need to be county specific or state specific, but i heard landlord/tenant laws vary per county, so i assume i need on familiar with my county, but if not, i'd be happy with any good indiana R.E. lawyer.

thanks in advance.

I have an llc for my own investing. But I'm looking to create corporation  (inc).

What's the main things to consider on S-corp vs C-Corp?

Will be buying and selling real estate with a lot of buy and hold as well.

Mainly friends and family. They'd each own 5%-20%.

No intent to go Public. 1
