I owned a home inspection company years ago. I would drop off cookies to offices and stickers, with the company info, on the box of cookies. Can't say it worked that great but just another idea...

  1. What page are you sending them to?
  2. What do the ads say?
  3. Your form should be on your home page and should be much shorter.
  4. Not sure your call to action is great. You can see ours "get an offer now."

Ben:

I'd like to hear what you are doing for the the AZ company. Can you message me and we will find a time to talk over the next few weeks? I've bought 1,400+ homes in the last 10 years and could use some online help.

Thanks!

I would think multiple messages would be confusing. I would absolutely take advantage of the traffic but I would stick to one main message.

I need advice from anyone with mad marketing or copywriting skills. I'm going to shoot a new TV ad targeting tired landlords tomorrow at 2pm. Here are 3 that I came up with quickly. Pick your favorite - or better yet, create a better, more powerful one. I ONLY HAVE 7 SECONDS IN WHICH TO SPEAK. Thanks in advance!

1. "Are you tired of being a landlord? Do you own a rental home that has become a nightmare? We'll buy it and deal with your tenants."

2. "Has being a landlord become a nightmare for you? Call us today and rest easy tonight - we'll buy it and deal with your problem tenants."

3. "Is your rental property vacant, trashed or tenants not paying? Let us deal with the hassles. Call us today for an offer in 7 minutes."

Our cost per conversion (someone filling out a form) fluctuates between $50-200. Unfortunately, lately it has been closer to the higher number.

When I first started in the business my sister used to hand address letters to absentee owners. I got a call from a lady one day and she said "well, I wasn't planning on selling my house but after getting the 6th letter from you I guess I will sell." I cleaned it out, listed it and made $43,000 profit.

I have heard very good things about the CCIM designation over the years.
