Hey JP, congrats on your success so far.  I've got 2 duplexes in South Shore and am scaling into commercial.  The hardest lessons I've learned to date have been managing tenants, my budget, and my trust in family.  Not necessarily in that order, ha.  Happy to connect if interested, just shoot me a DM.

Hi Sylvia and great question.  This isn't my area of expertise, but here are some possible resources that can help on a national scale.  In addition to the below list, most info that I've come across points to cities being the source of knowledge for vacant lots and trends.  Please let me know if you get any good use from the below sites, your city sites, or if they're all just dead ends.

National resources:

I saw that you got some traction on your other post from a couple months back.  No traction with those that reached out?  I'm also interested in the Maywood area.  Are you open to sharing more details of this deal?

I really liked this read and I appreciate you sharing it.  Thank you a lot.  I might've over looked this, but does your company lend in Chicago?

This sounds exciting!  I'm following this post for updates.  Looking forward to hearing more.
