@Aviv Green

I think what @Michael Lee said is right on the point. It is seriously good advice in my opinion. As to your question of LLC etc. I want to share some links with you where you can learn a lot more about LLCs in order to help you decide!

Just to verify, is it taxes or municipal liens put on by the county?

@Terry Lee

I just received a list of code violations in Duval county, Florida.  Some of the things said above I find not to be true.  However, it may depend on the county or state.  If your county have this information online just call the code enforcement office and ask.  If someone gives you an attitude or something, call again, try to speak to someone else.  If it is "Public Information', you have a right to it.

If they do not have it online, call the county information office.  Tell them what you are looking, disregard who is upset, angry or didn't have breakfast, you are on a mission and this information is there for you to have.  It is that simple! You may need to fill-out some sort of public information request form and they might email the information to you within days.

I have done this more than once without any issue.  My only setback was in learning how and where to get it.  I can't give you legal or specific advice but it has worked for me... Wish you much luck!

@Ethan Painter

I agree with many of the comments above.  I think the card is only a part of a presentation.  If for example you find a way to may your card be an icebreaker that may help to generate conversation but in the end, the card is not gonna do much unless you made a really good impression!

I have advertised in a few college magazine or news paper in the past.  This was for a Hair-care product.  This can be a great targeted group but forgive me, I might be missing something, are you looking for renters?
