I paid al on Anderson advisor for over 6k about two or three month ago. All I got so far is frustration , I only need one person to help me switch the membership to an WY LLC . And seems like so far all the client coordinator of law coordinator they assign to me . Has no clue what I am talking about it. And when I ask for money back they refuse to refund my money . My 6k so far only get me to started an WY LLC. I will keep everyone update. Anyone know how to switch a solo Memeber of LLC to WY LLC?

Hi , I have q quick question for landloard that owns more than 10 properties that manage yourself do you create a property management company that manage all your properties ? I run into issues many properties manager software as me to create one business account to collect rent for all unites. I have each tenant pays me to its property bank account . So let's say I have 10 properties and I have 10 bank account. Tenant 1 pays bank 1 , tenant 2 pays bank 2. But property management company does not suggest that. How do you manage when you have more than 10 properties ?

Hi all, thanks for all your replies . So to clarify the matter. All those LLC are single Memeber LLC. And each one holding one property. I am currently New York resident. I think my cpa have me pay $50 per year per each New York LLC and another $50 for each NJ LLC and also $250 per every other year for CT LLC . But i undestand if I move to California I have to pay $800 even I own LLC in NY or NJ and property or LLC is not even on Ca . The factor I will just management them with the help of my brother and handyman . I undestand I will be charged $800 each LLC for Ca . I could be wrong . If that true I think I will just stay in New York instead moving myself to west coast .

Hi all, I have about 11 LLC between New York and New Jersey . Planning move from New York to California , I was somewhere no matter where I own LLC and it's property I have to pay $800 per year if I become California resident. I am shocked , does this mean if I move there I have to pay almost 10k per year to California state? Thank you!

I did not know you can't ask tenant for renter insurance. I always request my tenant to buy tenant insurance on the lease. Am I doing it wrong? I have so far lease agreement , lead paint disclosure and smoke detective form and addendum which they waiver the right to sue me if anyone get hurt.
