Jerry W. Yes at first I loved the idea. And now I am not sure what the point to do it this way. Many local attorney I talked they called asset protection with Wyoming LLC a scam . Yes , I fired the original company.

Hi all, Anyone had ever setup a Wyoming company as the holding company of others LLC ? Specially those who is in California. Have you ever done that? And does work or you regret of doing it? Thanks

And beside , I really don’t see another crush like 2008 again , might be 30-50 year from now. The mortgage company are still very straight of giving out the loans . They still check everything. Might be slight adjustment of 10-20%? Or might be the house in the market little longer. But don’t think anything major like 2008 will happen again soon

Jerry W. Well , I was sold idea of having a Wyoming LLC that’s holding company for my other LLC, let’s say holding company in for an LLC in New Jersey . To be honest , the more time I am putting myself to undestand that. The more confuse I get. So not sure if anyone else is doing that.

Hi all, I have a Wyoming company that a company set up for me. I decide not to use their service , but they told me I have to find someone ASAP to be my representative in order to keep the anonymity going. I wander anyone have set up on their on and do all the anual filling on your own yet can keep it anonymous . Thanks

Hi all, Anyone ever use a quitclaim deed to quit from LLC a to LLC B? Both owned by same owner. Also do you use an attorney for that or just with title company. Thanks
