I had terrible experience with Anderson advisor, overpriced and my advisor going MIA 95% of the time after he got my money.

I am not sure about apreciation future of Las Vegas, because 1. Weather is too hot in summer 2. There is no good school in the area, I could be wrong. But most my friend who has kids at school age move out from there. They say is not a good place to have family. People without kids likes there.

I know. When I first join it. I was reach attorneys for asset protection because I hear podcast, later bought book to read. And decide I knew more than what books says, so ask for which is best state to invest, for ton of turn key company for Midwest. Look into it. Realize I don’t want to invest in inland. Now I am learning with my own judgement be careful with what I do and do more research with what I buy. Learn the lesson hard way. To be fair I did find a very good cpa that I like so far and very good broker. So the connection was worth it.
