Hi Bppers, I got a very good cash flow property to buy, is a duplex price about 149k can get rent for about 1650 per month. Water $150 per month and tax about 2500 a year . However one of the unit is a 520 square feet two bedroom, I had experience with very small studio or one bedroom those takes longer time to rent out. But a super small two bedroom, is possible to rent out quickly? What kind of tenant would want a 520 two bedroom ?

Mike S. The one cash flow $500 to $1000 do you have mortgage on it? I like to have more info of those properties. How much is it?
