Hey @Eduardo G.! I can connect you with one of the investors/agents I work for. He and his partners have built up a single family home portfolio of over 150 units, and they are also now getting into development. Where they invest is in Monmouth and Ocean county, as well as Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Middlesex, Mercer, etc.. I am not sure if those are the areas you are interested in. Even still, he has extensive background with investing and could offer some of his expertise. Would that be of interest? If so, I can forward you his contact information.

Thomas Santoro knows that area and has helped other investors find deals in that area. He has helped a group of investors that I work with build up a single family portfolio of more than 150 homes, a couple of which were in South Amboy or near there. Him and his investor partners can also offer advice, guidance and connections! I will message you his contact info.

Hey @Eliott Rose! I am not sure how all the legal stuff works and requesting stays and such. Our lawyers though have helped us with evictions and locks out recently even with all this pandemic craziness. It may be worth just chatting with another lawyer? I can provide you a couple to check out.

What kind of work are you looking to have done? We have a couple guys that work on our investment properties depending on what it is. The issue we are running into is our guys that are good are pretty booked up with projects so it could take a while. Then if we are outsourcing with other vendors, it is hard to find the labor at reasonable prices. PM me and maybe we can help each other!
