The West market should get you close to that (Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, Mercer, etc. counties)

Hello @David Haynes! Its a bit hard to provide zip codes without knowing what your investment strategy is. Are you looking for the best returns, which would be in the toughest areas, or are you looking for better neighborhoods with better tenants and lower returns? If you are looking for something in the middle, which is what the investors I work with look for, I can provide some of those to you. Let me know!

@Rashad Ellis I can give you our attorney's contact information - let's connect. Right now you cannot evict for nonpayment in NJ, so since this is a nonpayment reason and you want to occupy, you MIGHT be able to evict. Everything is a bit of a mess, but definitely worth chatting with our attorney.
