Good afternoon!  I am beginning to compile a list of property management companies in Northwest Indiana, anticipating that the goal is to build up a portfolio here and use one company to manage all of them.  Does anyone have any experience using any of these organizations?  Any great experiences?  Any horror stories? Any that serve the Valparaiso/Merrillville area that I am leaving out?

Good evening!

My husband and I just relocated to NW Indiana this summer and are looking to begin investing in real estate while maintaining full time careers in higher education. Our goal is to invest in SFH and duplex/triplex units for cash flow. We anticipate purchasing our first property within the next few weeks, probably in Indianapolis, and are hoping to add a property in the Valparaiso area soon after.

We are also looking to grow a solid network of local professionals near us.  If you have a recommendation for a professional property management company and an investor-friendly/knowledgable real estate broker/agent near Valpo who are looking to form long-term partnerships, we want to talk with you!
