Hi @Amiee Baker , I'm not sure what it has done for my business credit.  You definitely don't 'need' a land line or fax number.  I guess these things like a mailing address and fax number add to your credibility as an actual business and not someone who says they have a business, but actually just printed out some business cards and have never done a deal.  At the end of the day my best friends dad has done more deals than most 'investors' I meet on here or at meet ups and he doesn't have a website, business cards, fax number, business address and is always dressed casual unless he's going to a wedding or funeral.  A lot of these things may help a little, but are more for appearances or for us to feel more confident.  As far as being successful all that is needed is someone willing to make offers/find deals and find a way to fund the deals.  Glad you got your site, I've really enjoyed all the tutorials that come along with it.

@Amiee Baker my business address is a mailbox at a UPS store.  That way you have an actual street address and then a suite number for your mailbox.

@Amiee Baker I don't know a whole lot about CRMs as far as features like autoresponder. I and many investors use Podio, that can be completely customized.  You'll probably want to watch some youtube videos about it.  The good and bad thing is that it's fully customizable, so it's not a put together thing for you like the websites.  Another popular one is Zoho and one that I hear is a very simple CRM is High Rise.  And not sure about the website reporting to Dun & Broadstreet, but both have good customer service that could answer that for you.

Hey Alex, is there any specific type of real estate investing you're interested in (buy and hold, fix and flip, wholesale, etc.)?  There's usually all the information you would get at a seminar and more online, in the forums, podcasts, etc.  I'm not sure about seminars, but if there's something specific you'd like to know about I'm sure myself or others on here could point you in the right direction of some resources.  Feel free to reach out whenever.
