Hi Cynthia, I have rentals in Kalamazoo.  Someone knowledgeable about the area that you may want to reach out to is @Aaron Treloar.  He is a property manage with a lot of experience in the area.

Welcome to the forums @Kevin McElmurry I'm a full time wholesaler in Oakland, Macomb and Wayne county, but I also have had rentals in Kalamazoo.  I currently have one with a property manager out there.  I like using a manager when you're not close to the property and or you have a full time job and don't want the extra responsibilities of management.  Some good managers in Metro Detroit are @Josh Sterling company EpicPropertyManagement.com for downriver properties and enterCastle.com who are based out of Detroit.  I'm sure both of them would be happy to give you input on the rental opportunities in the area and manage any properties for you.  A great source of information is @Aaron Yates and Tom Autermans meet up in Troy.

 It is free and there are some great people that attend.  If there's anything else I can do to help, feel free to reach out whenever.

Hi @Monica Fujara welcome to the forums.  I'm a full time wholesaler and live in Shelby Township.  One of my favorite meet ups is in Troy, typically at Champs, Steelhouse Tavern or Joe Kools.  It is free and there are a lot of friendly and helpful people there, including brokers and agents!  You can join their page.
