@Corrie Moore no problem!  If you don't want to create a Facebook page you can go to www.meetup.com and find them on there for their schedule. The Metro Detroit Group in Troy typically meets in the middle of the month.  Tom and  @Aaron Yates run that group.  You can always reach out to us when you want to know when they are or where  they're meeting.

Hi @Ed Sena, welcome!  I'm a full time wholesaler in south east Michigan.  I also work from my home and my wife is an occupational therapist and I am on her insurance :)  Most of the deals that I come across are in oakland, macomb and wayne county.  I do know someone in the ann arbor and ypsi area though when you're ready to start looking at places.  If there's anything else I can do to help feel free to PM any time!

Hi @Flora Talmazan, I'm a full time wholesaler in Michigan where you can find many decent properties under 50k that cash flow well.  I personally have owned one for 3 years that I am selling for less than 35k that has cash flowed great in Kalamazoo, which is a college town.  You just want to avoid Detroit and I'd recommend getting a good management company to handle the property for you.  Feel free to PM if there is anything else I can do to help!
