Hello – I will be in possession soon of a property that I plan to sell. Of course, I can see the estimated value on redfin, Zillow… But I think they are not taking into consideration the fact that the two homes on the property really just need to be torn down!  is there anyone on here who would be willing to give me their opinion?

That is terrible! I have cameras in every room and garage of my home other than bedrooms and bathrooms of course! I receive notices on my phone when there is any movement and I can view The rooms immediately to see what the movement is. I would have been to the house immediately to stop it. Even being a remote host I would have a property manager available 27/7 nearby to kick everyone out. There shouldn’t be more people in the house than The host originally booked for.

@samvalme- Hello there. I am curious - Regarding your house manual- do you find that the majority of the guests actually read it? I have not done one yet but I am considering it. I just noticed that they are always surprised about little things like me having a dog or the fact that there is a bunkbed… These are things that I post in my listing of course. Thank you so much!
