I'd say making $25k+ and $60k + profit on each the day of closing on  appreciating beautiful turnkey properties, one with tenant in place..the other is rent ready...is amazing. The homes are in beautiful settled neighborhoods with best schools.  Henry is a wonderful negotiator, firmly had his investment goals in mind and was totally prepared to make offers and close deals.

The investors that are best prepared knowledgewise and financially get this best deals.

Very proud to have spent time withHenry...i think we learned a lot from each other.

Excellent Summary! I agree with every point you made through personal experience as an investor here in Charlotre and after helping hundreds of investors from high priced real estate areas like NY.LA.SF. and they've had a much better experience buying SFH. In. Charlotte..most could never even participate as investors in their home markets..

I've always steered away from mobile homes...i can share with you that 15 years ago I noticed when Warren Buffet was buying all of the mobile home manufacturing companies in NC.

He usually is ahead of the curve....scary.
