Hi BP members,
I enjoyed a long ,successful, high paying career in the Fashion business, but recently found myself on the wrong end of a corporate restructure. I had been thinking about real estate investing for awhile, and with recent developments I've decided now is the time to jump in and pursue it seriously. I went to one of the free guru seminars, signed up on BP and my local REIclub, I'm starting the 75 hour course to become a licensed real estate sales person and Ive been reading through the forums and posts here on BP as well as well as webinars etc. Trying to get as much information as possible to arm myself properly to take this big step. My intent is to develop some passive income through rental properties and also flipping.
I'm finding the information on BP to be awesome and so glad I found it! Considering the PRO membership...

I joined a webinar today put on by a local REI club. I am very new to real estate investing, just reading, investigating and gathering information at this point. The speaker was Jerry Norton. He talked about an interesting topic- Note Flipping. He touted his automated program 'Note Flipper as the best and fastest tool to make money without rehabbing, wholesaling, needing to fund, finding buyers etc. Basically he has an automated system that does all the legwork and you get paid a fee for being the middleman between a note holder and note buyer. In the end it was a $1000 sell for the software. Any insights would be appreciated, Just wondering if anyone out there is familiar with this program, has had any success or if this is another guru scam.
