Quote from @James McGovern:
But listening to you , you are experienced - sounds like it would be best to stick with wholesalers and not worry about on market deals.

Understood on the wholesaler front, good ones are hard to come by. Glad you are acquiring via FCs.

@James McGovern and now that the DOJ has gotten involved in our business that Rep agreement needs to be signed ( well it always should have, but now dates will be verified ) so yes if you want to work with a professional Realtor that little document is part of the process.
But listening to you , you are experienced - sounds like it would be best to stick with wholesalers and not worry about on market deals.

@John Laney the great thing is, our brokerage eXp is being proactive in this transitionary time so we don’t lose time servicing our clients.
With regards to the hourly conversation, some clients, especially newer investors, can take hours/months through the buying process to the stage of getting something under contract and then through the transaction to closing. So perhaps if those same buyers were to pay for our services hourly, we may see them more motivated to make decisions faster.

@Ryan Daulton commercial is 5+ doors. Is not dependent on how many people in the property. But there are max numbers per bedroom and therefore total per each door.
