A 2500sqft house on the east side could be 80k while a 2500sqft house on Joliet's far west side could be 200k+ thus you're closing cost could vary greatly.

@Account Closed Have you tried mentioning to the potential tenants that had already viewed the units that the rent is negotiable?

There are some good parts of Joliet and some not so good parts just like any other city. If you are looking for more stable tenants/nicer part of town, I'd look towards the west side.
