Hey Frank I'm in Kent/Auburn WA where were the meetings you went too? I'm also new and looking to get started. 

I'm also green as well and I have learned more from this site then I have from buying so called guides or programs.  I will start with the pinned posts thanks for the suggestions. 

I'm new to wholesaling as well. How would you go about starting and what kinds of information or stuff would I need to start I'm located in washington state as well.
