Thanks @Dave Chapa and @Vijaianand Thirunageswaram for the insight. Any recommendations on a good commercial broker are greatly appreciated.
I did some research on Frost Bank and made a branch visit; I have gone ahead and opened a business checking account with them for my SDIRA. It's important to note they don't have a mortgage banker in-house and instead have a preferred broker they work closely with. I have also opened up a discussion with Texas First Bank and they do have an in-house banker and seem eager and open to work together. I may be following up with them this week on a conventional loan deal I am having trouble closing.
Hi, can you give us an update on your experience with Frost Bank and Texas First Bank?
Thanks!!!

I am not sure how come BP moderator left this post hanging for this while since they are very particular about removing post talking about meetups in the general forum.
Anyway, I am trying to bring back Holiday BP Investors meetup this year after COVID at Karbach. Let me know who all interested.
That will be great! Please let us know when. Thanks
