I was wondering if anyone could maybe help point me in the right direction. I’d also really like to be able to meet some like-minded people that I can learn from. I’d be willing to make cold calls, drive around, whatever. Just want to get my foot in the door of the community and learn from other experienced investors, wholesalers, etc.

Let's talk my team we buy-hold multifamily with many creative financing options.
We have a construction and management company... You will need that in your plans. There is a lot of work after you buy that needs to be done right. I tell you by experience 8 multifamilies in the last 10 months.

There are many houses in Miami, Door knocking 10 mint average per house if they answer longer.
let's say 6 houses per hour, transportation and food.. 25$ an hour... 100 before you get a good deal and do you now the area to know if it is a good deal or not? so also research time?
40 hours a week let's say 1000$ a week plus....
why not look for a good realtor that will do all this work for you...

Read to learn ... No you need to move to move to make $$$$
You know the language and you should partner up with guys with EXPERIENCE...

I buy and hold Multifamily call me I buy it... that is my market little Rive, Alapathal, Little Havanna & Shenandoah ....
but with inflation or devaluation as is now ..... where are you going to invest your money.
