Hey guys ! Just getting started with wholesaling, I’m getting a little confused, I just want to know what’s the first steps and the best marketing strategies, thank you !

@Matt Rose I don’t have rentals or anything but I heard from the bigger pockets podcast that not only do you have to save up for the 5% or 20%, you also have to save up for cash reserves just in case anything goes wrong. I hope it helps !

Well that sounds awesome that you and your mom and in the business together, i hope someone in my family had some real estate background to help me out haha pretty much starting from scratch here. We haven't really looked into it its still just an idea in our heads, they live in a small town called Kalkaska, but we don't want to be in a small town so...

Oh thats interesting, what type of investing are you doing over there ? i don't know what part of Michigan i want to go to honestly, we are moving mostly because we love the snow and we rather cold weather plus my fiance has family there, but i obviously want to move to a city that makes sense for my business. which cities do you recommend ?

I have talked to immigration attorneys about wholesaling and real estate in general and they told me not to make any move until I’m secured with a permanent residency, I’m just studying and preparing myself for when I get the residency so I can know what to do next.

Hello everyone! i am new to this investing and wholesaling world, iv'e been studying for a couple months about real estate and all, theres just this part of the puzzle which i don't understand yet. I live in Corpus Christi TX, it is a small city and i really don't know how to tell if this market is good for wholesaling or not, how do i find out about that ? how do i know if a market is saturated ? im also interested on virtual wholesaling but not sure how that works either... Does anyone know any of this things ? thank you so much for your time.

Hey guys, me and my fiancé have been wanting to move from Texas to Michigan but I don’t know if Michigan is a good state to invest on properties for cashflow and do wholesaling, is anyone in Michigan area doing this things ? Would you recommend it ?

As you know I want to buy a multi family property but since I’m an immigrant I don’t have credit or social security number, luckily I found the women of my dreams and we are getting married pretty soon, I just want to know what’s the next step ? What do I need to do in order to purchase a multi family property to live in and rent out the other units to help pay mortgage and hopefully get some cashflow, Also how do I know if it’s a good deal or not ?
