Welcome and you're definitely asking questions in a very good place!  I agree- multi family.  Listen to podcasts here on BP about house-hacking.  Also, is there a particular area you're looking to live?

Do you attend local REIAs?  Are you creating relationships with realtor/investors?  Do you know about creative financing?  Do you have a mentor?  All of these are not mandatory, however will strengthen you on your journey.

When I began, I networked at every REIA I could find; we have so many great ones with incredible value and education and great investors with different levels of experience. Knowledge is your foundation and imperative. Keep asking questions here and be on webinars and over 200 podcasts available-

I am not sure WHERE I found BP! Just forever grateful I did! I was addicted from day 1! I have always been one to believe that Drive time is Learn time! I always have a podcast on in my car. I sadly, have strayed away from the webinars ONLY due to time constraints. I run a local REIA and spend much more time networking on BP. THE absolute most valuable information and connection place for investors. I plug you guys EVERY meeting- I believe in the importance, no, the imperativeness of Networking if you want to succeed in this business. No one needs to spend $15K-$50K for some BS firehose training (like I did). I have learned far more from podcasts than any other training!

Join host and MultiFamily expert Neal Bawa and his brilliant guest, Ingo Winzer, the CEO of LocalMarketMonitor, to go on a fascinating and eye popping journey around the U.S. Fly over California as Ingo shows you the least risky and most risky metros in California. 28 California metros will be discussed. Only TWO are considered low risk !!Join to find out which ones they are. Ingo will also show you the average rent increases from 2010 to 2016, so you know how much head room there is for further growth in these 28 metros.

Ingo will then fly across the United States. He will use some of the best rated and some of the worst rated metros in the U.S. as examples to talk about the all-powerful income creating correlations between income, price, population growth and jobs. He will profile cities as diverse as Seattle, Redding, Provo, Dallas, Los Angeles, Oakland, Cleveland, Youngtown and Detroit in this journey.

Ingo will also give you access to his favorite Top 10 lists

  1. Top 10 markets for long term investing
  2. Top 10 overheated markets where you should sell your home in 2018
  3. Top 10 markets to invest in 2018

The forecasts and critical information provided in this webinar is not available anywhere for free. Arm yourself with the knowledge that could instantly put you in the top 1% tier of real estate investors across the country. DON’T MISS THIS amazing data driven event !! It could be the best educational event that you will attend all year !!

I am delighted to announce that acclaimed real estate expert and rock star educator Neal Bawa has agreed to hold his 2018 Real Estate Trends webinar for our group. Over 2,000 real estate investors attend Neal’s events and he gets incredible reviews. This free webinar is a power packed, data-rich talk about key trends that you ABSOLUTELY MUST know about before you start planning your 2018 investments. There is an incredible amount of critical information for both the analytical and the opportunistic investor. The presentation is fast, fact-driven and entertaining. Here are just some of the topics that will be covered:

  1. The state of the U.S. and world economy - can it support more growth?
  2. The all-important job market - where are we going?
  3. How are rising interest rates going to impact real estate?
  4. How are demographics affecting the 2018 real estate market?
  5. The best and worst U.S metros for multifamily in 2018
  6. What is the forecast for California’s market in 2018?
  7. What are the best and worst markets in California?
  8. The Tax Reform bill: what does it mean for real estate investors?
  9. Neal’s early picks – A California and a U.S. city that Neal thinks will show up in the Top charts next year (in 2019)

“The presentation by Neal Bawa on emerging Real Estate Trends 2018 was excellent! Clearly a lot of time and effort was taken to put together the research and the presentation was compelling. Very excited to continue coming to events to learn and meet network with other investors. ” - Max
