Hello BP members,
I am a local investor/realtor in Denver, CO. I am looking for some property management recommendations that BP members are currently using and could recommend. The type of properties that I need property management are for residential and small Multifamily. I would be very appreciative to any referrals that could be posted. Thank you!

@Sameer Kh great question. If your goal is passive income, then you answered your question. Time to sell and invest in something that will give you cash flow.
To answer your other question, regarding putting in another $6100 to get the rental
Back to market. You have to run your numbers and see if it’s worth it. What are your total returns (appreciation, cash flow, depreciation and principal reduction)? Just because it doesn’t cash flow, doesn’t mean it’s not a good investment, just might not be the correct investment for you.
I hope it all works out for you.
