Hi BP. Im an investor located in the suburbs of Philadelphia. I am currently negotiating the acquisition of a 5 unit apartment building. I am exploring different financing options, and am seeking lenders that cover my area. I am searching for a lender that doesnt have a high pre payment fee as I am planning to refi out within the first two years.
Connecting with any reputable lender who can help with financing would be greatly appreciated.

Im a new investor from the Pottstown area. One thing I can say is that if you don't plan on being hands on it is a tough market. With high property taxes, many bad areas, and no so great school system you have to have a really good knowledge of the market. There are many cheap properties available that brings investors flocking, but with the old 100 year old on average properties repairs can get bothersome really quick.
If you ever do plan on looking into the Pottstown market, and need some info. on neighborhoods, or anything else just let me know.

Im from Pottstown, and have a duplex on the edge of the town. The only good part of Pottstown is that the housing prices have plummeted and foreclosures are plentiful. But the high property taxes, and slight decrease in rental prices over the past few years have really had me focus on other areas.
