Following this. I currently have a living will and arrangements made for kids and valuables for my wife and I. I was planning on researching trusts and talking with my attorney to see if this would be the best route. I have always heard the transfer of assets is easier and more timely through a trust providing it is up to date with the persons involved. Not to mention could save on the taxes and fees associated with transferring the assets in a will only. This seems to only be more complicated the more properties and partners you have, at least in my simple mind.

Born and raised here in Sarasota. Beautiful area to live play and retire. There are many parks around, some that might cater more to their interests I.e. beaches, golf, etc. My mother lives in the Winds of St. Armands. It’s a clean park and pretty active. It has storage for boats, trailers, and rvs. You can own or rent. Also Colony Cove (Ellenton) is another large park that people really seem to enjoy. There are lot of variations at each park- age restrictions, renting/owning your plot of dirt, park fees, amenities, location. If you narrow down some theirs interests I’m sure you will find a park that suits them. Good luck!

@Dan Guenther Thanks. Yeah definitely hoping to use my experience in my journey.

No, investing your money into properties that will generate income for you will pay off much more in the long run. Most school loans are low interest and if she is continuing school, then also  deferred until graduation. I was in a long term relationship(5yrs) in my early twenties that did not end in marriage as I expected. Wait until you are married and then form a plan for pay off.

Hello all, new to BP and real estate investing all together from central Florida. I have been reading and listening to podcasts trying to expand my knowledge in this field. I have done just about everything in residential construction from the ground up. I have had an appliance delivery and installation business for the last 11 years. Currently In the process of finalizing my contractors license here in Florida. Hoping to use that along with my experience to flip, hold, and rent SFH and MFH. In pursuit of financial freedom and investments for my families future:)
