Would owning a bunch of mobile homes in parks as rentals be valid, or would it not count because they would be considered personal property?

In the next year or two I'd like to get started and buy a 5 plex, and in the longer term warehouse space. Currently I'm trying to figure out the best ways to set myself up to hit those goals.

On one of the early podcasts, the guest mentioned he was fined by the state of Ohio for because his business' page had language about investments. What other states are strict?

This is an attorney state (NC).

Do you have any tips on how to deal with unresponsive attorneys? Emails aren't returned and every time I call "he's in a closing."

I placed an order for the two title reports mid Feb.
I emailed them early March to see if the reports came back and didn't receive a reply.
First week of April I called and was told they had submitted the paperwork to the title company and were waiting for it to come back.
I called the attorney's office a couple weeks later and left a VM for the attorney.
A few days later I called again and left a message w/his assistant for him to call me back.
Last week I sent another email detailing the times I've both called and emailed, and didn't hear back.
Two days ago I called again and left another message with his receptionist.

My partner and I have been working with the sellers for months and we can't move forward until we see the title reports.

Hello, I'm getting into programming and want to find an API that I can use for both my investing and programming. I'm googling around for APIs and am curious if anyone has APIs they recommend too.
