@Jerry Puckett yup ! I am still actively looking for a duplex, well if one comes along in my price range. I am currently looking into other options, but the duplex route is still on my list. 

Hey bigger pockets family, I have a quick question regarding direct mailing.... im very new so give me your insight. I have a list of vacant houses and I want to mail the owner of the vacant property to hopefully get their attention that im interested in getting it under contract. what is a quick and easy way to do this? what are some great direct mailing companies I can use?

Well at the moment nothing in my price range is for sell as far as multi family properties. Do you fellas have any other advice/tips for a good investment property besides a multi family ???? by the way thanks for the good insight everyone. :)

Hey my bigger pockets community! I am going to be purchasing my first property that I will actually be living in via FHA loan. I was curious if anyone had any cool tips for me when searching for the best kind of property to live in for investors. whether that is a Town-home, Duplex, Condo, House, and other options out there.( I also would like to mention that my real estate agent and I have looked for duplexes, but nothing is available in my area......) please help me with your opinions, thanks everyone :)

hey bigger pockets family, I was curious if anyone has dealt with "Movement Mortgage". I haven't heard to much about them and was curious if anyone had any postive or negative experiences with this lender. Please give me some feedback. Thanks 

has anyone ever dealt with Movement Mortage in Dallas, Texas ??? I'm just curious because I haven't heard of them before and just wanted my bigger pockets family to give me some insight on this lender. And if they are really respectable and ethical ??? please give me your insight. Thanks everyone :) 

@Frank Lewis my sister and I both live together, and our apartment lease is up pretty soon and She is moving after its up. Therefore I will need a place to live.
