@Brya Freeland good question! I have bought a couple single family homes with three bedrooms, and then i have done light renovations to make them 4 or 5 bedrooms. I have rented them as group houses and made a significance return each month.

Hello, I am currently an investor in Washington, DC but looking into other markets and have landed on Orlando given high cap rates and a strong rental market. I am seeking recommendations on the best neighborhoods to invest for a are strong pool of renters and potential for appreciation as welll, if possible.
