@Kevin Grinstead saw your note re: tiny houses. I have wanted to buy an RV park and add or rent to tiny houses. Do you know of anyone that has done this?

@Brya Freeland good question! I have bought a couple single family homes with three bedrooms, and then i have done light renovations to make them 4 or 5 bedrooms. I have rented them as group houses and made a significance return each month.
