@Amber Roy nope I don’t speak Italian! I have visited a couple times and love the country, and I am super interested in the 1 Euro properties for renovation and restoration. I have a few other investors interested as well. We are looking to learn more about the areas this is possible , and the steps to learn more. 

I am interested in learning more about the programs in Italy that offer houses for 1 Euro to restore. I am considering purchasing one to restore and rent as a guest house with a women's investing group that i manage. Has anyone looked into these 1 Euro houses? Anyone have recommendations on agents in Italy? (I think several of these are in Sicily, so perhaps an agent in Sicily?)

@Alexandre Pita i would be interested to connect and learn about your current investments and plans for the future - i plan to invest in Portugal this spring and i have others from my investment group that may be interested. 

@Diogo Candido Wow very cool you are doing the same type of project i am looking to go into! I would love to hear more about it. I plan to visit portugal soon and would like to meet if you would be up for it. I'll be scoping out properties all over the country but definitely in Oeiras as well - i am eyeing one there right now. How many micro units will you have in that one house? What is the cap rate? Do you have a property management company you use? 

I am considering investing in OH, and I have heard Columbus is a strong market to invest in, though I have been based in DC and MA so have no experience there. I am trying to understand what areas have the strongest rental markets, and what monthly income could look like per room if i was to rent rooms separately, of for small units, if i was to have a multi-family or perhaps convert a building to micro units. Curious if micro units are acceptable in Columbus or any where else in OH.

@Bernardo Bento where can i find what is included in the rehabilitation zone? 

@Angelo Costa I would be interested in learning more about multi-family investing. I would like to buy a multi-family and convert into micro units to maximize revenue. I wonder if you have heard of this being done in Portugal? It is legal and very lucrative in some parts of the US.
