@Cameron Norfleet @Julie Connors I am interested in buy and hold to rent to Yale students. Saw prospect heights, looks like one can buy a multi fam for around 250 k or so and make over 1000 per month per unit (2 beds for example). It seems too good to be true, the cashflow in that area, am i missing something?

@Jacob Pereira I am curious what areas of Austin you beleive are strong for renters as well as cash flow and appreciation? I am hoping to be around 300,000 which i know limits my search but seems to be possible in North Austin, Round Rock, etc. I run a real estate group for women and there are a few others interested in Austin so could pool more funds if there was a pricier area that is the best bet.

@Jordan Moorhead I am curious how you decided to buy in East Austin? I have heard North could be good, what neighborhoods are the best for strong renters and also possibility of appreciation? (I cant afford the most expensive areas at this time)

@Account Closed I am curious which markets you decided to invest in outside of Austin? I was hoping to find cash flow in Austin. Perhaps I should be looking elsewhere!
