@Nick Smith if the floors are not salvageable think about replacing with tile. It's durable and probably won't absorb the pee smell. Maybe tile the walls half way up. Check pinterest for some ideas. Good luck.

@Elizabeth Faircloth yes that sounds like a great idea. I will be in contact with you soon.

This sounds like something great; only if it were closer to the Boston Area! If you do decide to come to Boston please keep us posted! I know many that would attend.

With the holidays coming up and winter here in New England (very cold) I'm thinking this would be a great family game to help get me financially organized for 2019 and bring the family along for my investing journey. Has anyone played this game; forced their kids to play? What are your likes and dislikes to it? Would my older kids learn something from it? I'm still a newbie and learning as much as I can. I also want my kids to start thinking about money and investing.

What are your thoughts?

@Justin Juhan depends on the state the property is located.
@Alyssa K. No she got the voicemail, she's just going to the realtor for a last chance. Your decision is final. No more communications. Final decision. BTW the chicken story is my favorite on BP! A few of my friends have chickens so I know they can be a handful.
