@Brent Breslin Please listen to Mindy Jensen Podcast show #5 guest speaker Sara. She paid down her $33k of student debt in 3 years without borrowing money. Her annual salary was 26k per year.

@John Morgan I have done the same. 2 hour seminar and use that opportunity to network with others, also tell them to check out BP before writing a check.

@Marcia Maynard thanks for providing the detailed information. I don't know if it will ever end. But there must be more guidelines or laws put in place.

@Marcia Maynard I like that. Also, make sure that the Service animal has been adequately trained by a professional sevrice and tenant will provide documentation copies from that organization as proof. If they can't provide proof then they are lying. My daughter did a school project regarding service animals. It can take up to 2 years to train a diabetes service dog as well as a guide dog for visually impared.
