Does anyone have app developing skills or someone that does that would like to team up and create an awesome app for wholesalers?? 

PS. The money would come after the app sells lol. No one thinks like me and the most expensive thing besides time is are my thoughts haha. Just like positive speakers.

I'm not an attorney or tax professional so this is my own opinion.

An LLC alone will give you the protection you need. If you get into the other corporations you are going to create a lot more headaches when it comes to paperwork, taxes, etc. It's also more expensive in the long run. With added costs even if you have a registered agent and tax professional. They both charge more for corporations as apposed to just having an LLC.

@Jessika Baptist Welcome! You seem to be on an amazing track. 

Have you asked your buyer's list what they are looking for in terms of bedrooms, baths, value, etc?

When it comes to parties, it depends on the situation of who you will actually need, but it is a great idea to start a Team List. Every time I see a new business ad whether on the road or online like flooring, home cleaners, etc I check out reviews and add it to a list. So if I ever need them I can call them. Sometimes I'll even try them out on my own home lol and inform them that I am going to go to them when I need services.

@John Kerns Welcome! That is the worst thing to be a part of! Do you still have the program? The only reason I ask is because sometimes, just sometimes we can get something out of those programs if we really take a look at it. It's hard to get past the BS, but I usually find something that pops out.

What podcasts do you listen to? Please share so we can all check it out :).

@Oliver Austen Warren Welcome and thank you for your service! I'm in the military myself and am so glad you joined this thread. 

Wholesaling is all about no debt, no money of your own (with exception of marketing, client management, etc), so you have almost nothing to worry about!

I am a huge believer, especially in todays world that you get an LLC though to protect you and your family. Last thing you or anyone else needs is someone filing a lawsuit against you for anything these days.

@Taryn Lewis Welcome to the group and I hope you enjoyed Thanksgiving or at least some good food lol. 

Great question and kind of hard to answer. I like the idea of doing all 3 because they kind of go hand in hand. On my website I have a resource section that I'm building up that includes great things I personally use for wholesaling. Pretty soon I'm teaming up with a company that will get us great deals to incorporate our wholesaling businesses. 

Driving for dollars will allow you to get to know your neighborhood, jot down some addresses for direct mailing, AND you can pick prime spots to put your bandit signs.

I hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving!

Instead of being thankful for this brief of time try writing 3 things you are grateful for every day. Gratitude brings so much success into your life. I'm not going to lie, this has been one thing I KNOW works but have failed to be consistent upon. 

Anyone willing to do it here on BP? Thinking why not create another thread lol. I'm willing to try anything to make myself consistent at things what about you!
