Looking to expand my team in the Northern Nevada area! 

Here are some questions I have.

How do you all do out of state deals when it comes to funding? I am looking for out of state as well as in state investors that would be interested in cash purchases as deals come up. 

Are bird dogs a thing still? After the research i've done it seems like wholesaling is the way to go now. 

What do investors look for when dealing with wholesalers from personal experience?

@Jacob De Los Santos that's great news and happy to hear! Yes, i'm active in the Reno and Sparks area. I just started as well, but the future is looking great! 

I'll be out of town for about a week, but definitely interested in connecting.

It's all up to you and what you feel more comfortable with. An LLC has certain protections that operating as a sole proprietor can't offer. If I were you I would do some research on the different business entities first and take it from there. Also, it would be a good idea to know what kind of investing you are primarily going to be doing, because that will play a large role when filing for a business license.
