My lateest update with the support beam. ENjoy!
ANd here is where we are at. There will have to be a support beam 4.5"x10"x36' thru the 1st floor. SIngle man demo takes alot of time. But I did find a kid to haul out the demo for $175. In order to keep the train on the proverbial track, S2A Modular has not produced a product to date. I am more interested in how this will play out and see this as an opportunity could benefit us all. It has been beneficial to see the different opinions on how to analyze S2A modular. My humblest thanks to those who used their valuable time to look at it. I will update as I find more info.

I currently am doing my 2nd flip in Pueblo. Feel free to hit me up.
Hey guys and gals!
I know its been a minute since I posted on this project. I had some financial challenges to overcome, hence taking on local work to amass more cash to start this. Thats why this project has languished for 6 weeks since closing. Ususally I try to live in the rehab but this one will be a "to the stud" remodel.
I think this is important to share how I overcame this challenge:
I live 100 miles away from my market area so back and forth commute was not feasible. During my first flip I had met other local investors, subs etc. I started asking around and one of the investors offered me a place to stay in exchange to install a bathroom and kitchen in the rental house. Not ideal but better then my project. I had mentioned I was thinking about buying an RV to park down here and he offered to let me live in his. Its really nice 30 footer! So he will park it on the property that I will put in the kitchen and bathroom in! So I get to live in a RV when Im in town and my rent payment will be labor. Also he and I are in discussions to partner on a project once this one is done!
Lesson: You will never know what is possible if you dont ask.
Being creative toward challenges not only make you flexible it makes you creative.
Finding benefit for others and expressing gratitude when they reciprocate is a great way to live.
All this work was done by me over the course of 4 days. The first floor will get gutted including ceiling. The second floor will get walls added a for 3bdrm/1bath 2nd floor.

@Marjorie Diaz their production facility in Hemet, CA is not operational yet. They project product availability in 2021.

@Artur Madej, @Mauricio Osorio, @scott Sprague, gentlemen, thank you for your valuable input. I saw the potential in the product, yet there are many "but" this scenarios. I agree that their 1st product should come out for us to see.
I believe their business model as mentioned in their presentation states they could divert overage orders to adjoining production facilities. This is under the assumption that orders will not be even across the country.
