Under contract for an SFR in Fort Myers. Looking for investor friendly home inspector and contractors (plumbing, electrical, framing). Anyone have any recommendations?

Where did you end up on this? Getting ready to remove a stack at my new property in IL as well.

In Chicagoland western suburbs (Westmont). Rehab needs chimney stack removed. Anyone had this done before and know what kind of cost to expect? One story ranch. Not a big stack.

Also, if anyone knows some one they can recommend it would be excellent.

Any recommendations for a home inspector in the western burbs of chicago?  Property is in Westmont IL

@Amalfi Duran it sounds like your leaving a lot of essential steps at the leisure of your tenants time. I would give them dates. E.g. we need to get the new lease signed by Tuesday and the contractor needs to be scheduled before x day. Like us, tenants are generally people with busy lives and your priorities are definitely not theirs. So with a respectful manner. Give them dates these essential steps need to be completed by AND keep your relationship with them strong in the process.
