Anyone interested in testing out a system I built to automate showing and rental applications?

@Kevin Phu @Michele Fischer @Patrick Hermans
Do anyone of you use any companies to manage maintenance requests? Is there like an uber like company that finds you people such as plumbers etc?
Are you guys just using excel sheets or some kind of automating onboarding company?

Hi everyone, I have built something that automates everything and also lets you compare renters in a dynamic table. I am working on making it better and add features. Would love for you guys to try it out.
Does anyone over here have any experience with online lease signing? Do you think that's useful?

Hi @Angie B. @Max T. @Frank S. @Jeff B.
It amazes me how all of you have automated the whole process.
I was wondering if you guys would be willing to test something I made which basically does everything you mentioned but in from one place so we don't have to set up different apps and use Google forms etc.
I can inbox the website details if anyone is interested in comparing that with you made..
Thanks

Hi all,
Just curious, what would you say is the single biggest problem that you face whilst managing multiple properties yourself?
Is it getting honest tenants or just the part of managing multiple showings while you are busy with other stuff?
Thanks,
Mark

If you're utilizing this software that help simplify the rental process, along with setting enough time aside, I'm sure you'll be surprised with how many properties a single landlord can manage.
Isn't that just for rental forms?

Read the first comment by Sai. Man, people can't just mind their own business here. If you can't help then don't comment. Thanks

Right I heard about them there like $200/m or something for the portfolio I am trying to manage. I think for me I am looking for something that automates the whole calls and emails procedure. Otherwise, I'll just be missing out on good tenants. All the solutions are so costly in this industry man seriously
