@Darren Budahn and @Mike H.

 I think you guys are making the right choice focusing on the beauty of cash flow. That's why lots of investors are willing to look out of state. I lived in China and investing in Beijing was a completely negative cash flow game. The Midwest is a different story

@Pyrrha RiversThanks for sharing. I know things changed around our house when rent checks started flowing. Hearing your story motivates me to keep hammering away.

I think I accidentally bumped the reply button

I was going to say I appreciated Chris' comment and I think you can learn a lot about a company from how they handle unhappy customers. Helping them with their exit strategy is a great way to build good will

Thank you Chris, I understand the goal is not to buy and sell right away, just thinking about all the possible contingencies. This is not a topic that I have seen discussed much in turnkey websites so it is informative to know that turnkey companies might be willing to help investors in this scenario, I guess it is up to the investor to do due diligence and ask the turnkey companies how would they assist in the process and what profit margin they would want to make when reselling the property.

 I agree Julian.  It should definitely be part of your due diligence process.  Just knowing that they have dealt with that situation with past investors and knowing how they have worked with investors should provide you with an idea of how they would handle a similar situation with you.

Best of luck as you move forward -
