Thesis all the way here too. I used to use Studio press; however, thesis gives you so many more really cool optons....Also, I love the Big ______ Save button...it cracks me up every time we use it.

Josh, I am currently out of town until Wednesday night; however, I'd be interested in doing it. What would the plan be with it? (you can PM me if you'ld like)
My experience is in fix and flip, wholesaling, owner finance, JVs, deal structure, sub to and lease options. These are all techniques I use today in my CURRENT business. I can go on forever on all these subjects; however, my true strength is in helping others get started...cutting out all the BS and just focusing on the things you need to know and do now to get started now and measured by the actual results (by results I mean CASHING CHECKS).
Let me know.
Thanks Josh,
Mark

@Marc
You know, I never have. I usually try to schedule them real quick though (w/i 24 hours) and then I will also shoot out an email to a list to try and drum up some more interest. We still get a lot of showings from the other agents too.
I also live in a pretty big city...so maybe that is the difference in leads? We also do roadside signs to drive traffic.

The title company should/will fix everything. Especially if they are wrong. Just go talk to them.
Amigos,

K, I am booked next week, but I will look to set something up the week after or so. Can everyone meet during the week at lunch time? Or Job conflicts?
Let me know!
Thanks Andrew!

Hey Josh,
Do you know if more people read blog posts, articles, or are they just sticking to the forums? I have been considering writing articles for the site...or possibly blog posting. All exclusive content of course. Let me know.
Thanks!
Mark
