Eric Olsen love the post. Funnily enough we are actually looking for people to help us find deals in Bolingbrook and surrounding burbs as we speak. We currently have 11 rentals in Bolingbrook and 17 more in other suburbs. We know exactly the deal type we need to continue expanding but need help driving for dollars. I'd definitely like to chat. We’re providing an opportunity to learn the ground level foundation of real estate and skills to be successful. We have a Northwestern Suburban based office that can be used as your headquarters to train, grow and hit the ground running.

We're holding an introductory class at our office in Mount Prospect on March 17 from 9am-12pm. Again, no Sales Pitches here - we're not interested in Selling you anything!.

Hi team,

I'm looking at a Real Estate Development opportunity within the Chicagoland area and will be tapping TIF and EB5 Funding. I wanted to get an idea of others experience with TIF or EB5, any tips or stories and especially if anyone has had experience within the Chicagoland area or City of Chicago.

Hi all,

As we all know, it's so incredibly important to have a strong reason "WHY" for what we do. At times it's incredibly scary, nervewracking, risky and down right terrifying venture that we call Real Estate Investment but we do it, love it, wouldn't change it for the world and we go on to reap the rewards.

My strong reason why is to allow the time for me to spend it with family in a HUGE Class A RV seeing the beautiful sights of this incredible country we call home - USA!!!

I'd love to hear from everyone and anyone as to what their "WHY" is. It's definitely a motivator!
