Hello, I am looking to purchase a SFH or 2-4 unit in the Northwest Arkansas area. I am targeting Fayetteville, but considering the other cities along that corridor as well. Does anyone have experience with an excellent property management company in the area? Conversely, any companies to steer clear of?

I am looking to purchase some properties in the northwest Arkansas area.  I am working with an agent who is a family friend and would like to use them as my buyer's agent.  My question is whether a wholesaler could be used in this scenario?   If so, any wholesalers in the NW Arkansas area that would like to be in touch?
