Hey Gavin, get a W2 and work as a 1099 in a real estate role. You get the best of both worlds and can work to eventually just being in real estate.

Hey @Armando Carrera, it will vary depending on the company but most people love the uncapped potential it provides. I think it really depends on the structure ofthe position, if you aren't provided any leads then it could be an uphill battle. Hey Pedro, I would agree with @Denver McClure. Find an experienced wholesaler to partner with on this deal. Give up a majority of the payout to learn the process. The knowledge will launch you much further than one assignment fee.
